Intelligence is one aspect inseparable from Tudor Cisu. His cerebral capacity is such that it allows him to excel in all areas he chooses to dip his fingers in.
Tudor Cisu was a consistent member of his high school honor roll. He brought honor to the Fayetteville-Manlius High School by topping a number of national competitions starting 2004. One of which is the National Latin Exam where he got a perfect score in 2005. He was also a recipient of various scholarship awards including AP (Advanced Placement) Scholar Award and New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
While he is very proficient in Latin, his knowledge of languages extends to Spanish which he can speak, read and write with high competency and Italian and French, which he can read with considerable competency. His native languages are English and Romanian. All in all, he has some degrees of proficiency in 6 six different languages.
He is adept in computer science and computer programming as well. His proficiency though is not just limited to basic operations like Microsoft Office. He has experiences in more advanced areas such as HTML and web designing and he understands computer languages like Java and Visual Basic.
These abilities, and those outside academic pursuits, speak much about Tudor Cisu’s intellectual prowess. To say the least, he has a very promising career thanks to his brilliance and intelligence and his ability to maximize everything he possesses. Even one of the most prominent neurosurgeons in the country called him a “rising star”.
The genius – He possesses a high IQ rate that enabled him to do things that are rare for person of his age. An example of this is the fact that Tudor Cisu can solve the famous Rubik’s cube in less than 45 seconds which usually takes days or months for other people.
The community person – Tudor Cisu spends most of his free time in helping other people. He was a tutor for many years before becoming a PSAT/SAT instructor. Aside from that, he keeps the spirit of volunteerism alive by being a volunteer transport at the local hospital every summer for the past four years.
The multitasker – Tudor Cisu excels in many different fields from computer science to biochemistry. Aside from that, he is also good in sports, languages and academics. In the future, he dreams of being a doctor.
Volunteering comes naturally for Tudor Cisu, a 19 year old sophomore at Binghamton University in New York State, who dreams of a career as a physician researcher.
On his way to entering Binghamton, Tudor Cisu spent a total of 220 hours from 2004 to 2008 as a volunteer transporter at St. Joseph’s Hospital Center in Syracuse, New York, logging in 10 hours a week each summer. Last year, Tudor Cisu continued his volunteerism at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where he “shadowed” one of the nation’s most prominent neurosurgeons, Dr Keith Black.
Currently, Tudor Cisu is in pre-med, majoring in both Mathematics and Biochemistry before deciding which particular field of medical research to pursue, although he has a very good idea even now. His current interest lies in uncovering why a certain protein is overexposed in heart failure.
• He is a genius. Tudor Cisu is known for his very high IQ. He can solve the original Rubik’s cube in less than 45 seconds and has also solved the other variations of the cube like the 4×4x4, 5×5x5 as well as the Rubik’s sphere.
• Tudor Cisu is a good person. He is willing to share his knowledge with other people especially high school kids who have big dreams of being successful in their chose career. In addition, he does volunteer work at a local hospital every summer.
• He is versatile. He is a programmer as well as a mathematician. Not only is he that but Tudor Cisu is also a biochemist, a linguist and an athlete. Currently, he is a studying to become a doctor.
